• All orders over $50.00 will be shipped via FedEx Ground free of charge to anywhere in the USA except Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.  Plus a $2.50 Packaging Fee per complete order.

• All orders under $50.00 will be charged $12.50 shipping costs.  Plus a $2.50 Packaging Fee per complete order.

	Example >>   (order subtotal less than $50.00) + ($12.50 Shipping Cost) + ($2.50 Packaging Fee) = TOTAL COST

• All orders shipped to Canada will be charged actual shipping costs.  If duty is not paid upon delivery an extra charge will apply.

• All orders received before 3:00 pm (Pacific Time) will ship same day as received.  Your FedEx tracking number will be forwarded to the email address you provided at check out.  If for some reason you do not receive your tracking number due to email filtering by your email provider, you may find your tracking information by clicking on the "order tracking" link.

• Please allow 5 to7 days for delivery.

• We do not have the ability to ship to a P.O. Box or APO addresses.

• All bulk (drum) orders will be charged actual shipping.

Return Policy

• Return items will be charged shipping costs of original shipment plus a 10% restocking fee.  Before any item can be returned you must first contact us via email so that we may quote you the amount of your credit.  Product must be returned in its original packing for resale.  If item is damaged or missing pieces when received we will reship the item back to you and a credit will not be given.  Customer will also be responsible for shipping the item back to us for credit.
• If we determine that the item was shipped in error or that we are at fault, we will forward a FedEx label so that the item can be shipped back to us and a full credit will be given.  Please contact us If you have any questions or comments regarding our return policy.
