This app respects and protects the personal privacy rights of all users of the service. Our product is developed based on H5+ App/Wap2App. During application runtime, we need to collect your device's unique identification code (IMEI/Android ID/DEVICE_ID/IDFA, SIM card IMSI information) to provide statistical analysis services. We also analyze startup data and exception error logs to improve performance and user experience, providing better services to users.
(a) When you register a NOX TESTER account, you provide personal registration information as required by the app.
(b) NOX TESTER obtains user personal data from business partners through legal means.
(c) NOX TESTER strictly prohibits users from posting inappropriate information, such as nudity, pornography, and blasphemy. We will review the posted content, and once inappropriate information is discovered, the user's permissions will be disabled, and the account will be banned.
(e) NOX TESTER obtains user device information only for user-related purposes.
(a) NOX TESTER will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal login information with any unrelated third parties. If maintenance or upgrades are needed for our storage, we will send push notifications in advance. Please allow NOX TESTER notification access in advance.
(b) NOX TESTER does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell, or gratuitously disseminate your personal information by any means. If any user on the NOX TESTER platform engages in such activities, NOX TESTER has the right to terminate the service agreement with that user immediately.
(c) For the purpose of serving users, NOX TESTER may use your personal information to provide you with information of interest, including but not limited to sending you product and service information or sharing information with NOX TESTER partners for them to send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent).
In the following cases, NOX TESTER will disclose all or part of your personal information according to your personal wishes or legal regulations:

(b) To provide the products and services you requested, it is necessary to share your personal information with third parties.

The information and data collected by NOX TESTER about you will be stored on the servers of PROFORMANCE DIAGNOSTICS LLC and/or its affiliated companies. This information and data may be transferred to and accessed, stored, and displayed in a country, region, or location outside of where NOX TESTER collects information and data.
(a) If we decide to change the privacy policy, we will publish these changes in this policy, on the company's website, and in locations we deem appropriate so that you understand how we collect, use your personal information, who can access this information, and under what circumstances we will disclose this information.
(b) The company reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, so please check regularly. If significant changes are made to this policy, the company will notify through the website.
Please do not disclose your personal information, such as contact information or postal address, without any need.
