What vehicles are compatible with the NoxSensorTester?

The NoxSensorTester is designed primarily for diesel commercial vehicles equipped with SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) aftertreatment systems, including:

  • Trucks: Most diesel models from Cummins, Detroit Diesel, Volvo, Freightliner, Kenworth, Peterbilt, and more

How many devices can I bind to one account?

One account can bind 1 NoxSensorTester device. If you need to manage additional devices, please contact technical support.

Where is test data stored?

Test data is saved in the following location:

Offline Friendly

Even without an internet connection, the app stores test data locally and syncs automatically when connectivity is restored.

Does the device need external power?

Yes. The NoxSensorTester does not have a built-in battery. It requires external power to supply the NOx sensor during testing. Two power options are supported:

  • Cigarette Lighter Port — Power through the vehicle's 12V cigarette lighter socket
  • 12V Power Adapter — Direct power via a 12V adapter

Do I need to renew or subscribe after the first year?

No. The NoxSensorTester is a one-time purchase with permanent use. There are no renewal fees or subscription costs.

Can I use the device without an internet connection?

Yes. Core functions such as sensor testing and fault code reading work entirely over Bluetooth between the app and device — no internet required.
