Return Window

Proformance Diagnostics offers a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and must meet the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • The item must be returned in the original packaging with all included accessories, cables, manuals, and components
  • The return request must be approved by Proformance Diagnostics before the item is shipped back
  • Proof of purchase or original order number must be provided

Returned items are inspected upon arrival. Items that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected or subject to additional fees.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Software subscriptions, licenses, activation codes, or digital products
  • Opened or used electrical components
  • Installed or programmed diagnostic tools
  • Custom-configured or special-order products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, modification, or abuse

Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, depending on the condition of the returned item and packaging.

Returns showing signs of installation, damage, missing components, or excessive wear may be subject to higher deductions or denied entirely.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, Proformance Diagnostics will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To assist with the claim process, we may request:

  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • Diagnostic reports or screenshots
  • Installation details
  • Serial numbers

If the product is confirmed to be defective under manufacturer warranty, Proformance Diagnostics may, at its discretion:

  • Replace the product
  • Repair the product
  • Issue a refund or store credit

Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer review and approval when applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders canceled before shipment may be subject to a cancellation or payment processing fee of up to 5%.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined in this policy.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified manufacturer defect or an error made by Proformance Diagnostics.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Proformance Diagnostics is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
