Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, shipping method, and destination address.

Shipping costs will be collected at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified during a promotion or dealer agreement.

Certain products may qualify for free ground shipping within the continental United States.

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

• Most orders are processed within 1 business day.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST may be processed on the following business day.
• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding nationally observed holidays.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier's system.

Some products may require additional processing time, including pre-order products, backordered items, large commercial orders, hazardous or oversized shipments, or freight shipments.

Proformance Diagnostics may use carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers for oversized shipments.

Carrier selection may vary depending on the product type, shipping destination, and service level selected during checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping address changes may be requested prior to shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to modify the delivery address. Additional carrier fees may apply for address corrections or rerouting requests.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable shipping address.

If part of your order is temporarily out of stock:

• Available items may ship immediately
• Remaining items will ship once inventory becomes available

Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed automatically to the email address provided during checkout.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier and may take several hours to appear after label creation.

Proformance Diagnostics is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier.

This includes delays caused by weather events, natural disasters, carrier operational delays, incorrect or incomplete addresses, customs processing, delivery access restrictions, and other events outside our control.

If your package appears delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier claim when applicable.

If your package arrives damaged:

1. Retain all packaging materials
2. Take photos of the package and damaged contents
3. Contact Proformance Diagnostics within 48 hours of delivery

International shipping availability may vary depending on product type and destination country.

Customers are responsible for import duties, customs fees, taxes, brokerage charges, and local compliance requirements.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to incorrect address, failure to pay customs fees, delivery refusal, or failure to receive the package, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs, original shipping charges, and carrier handling fees.

Certain high-value orders may require an adult signature upon delivery for security purposes.
