Standard Warranty Coverage

All Proformance Diagnostics hardware products come with a standard 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials and workmanship
  • Hardware failures under normal use conditions

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling
  • Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper installation or operation
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • Photos or videos (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and assist with troubleshooting. If a warranty claim is approved, we will provide instructions for repair or replacement.

Repair or Replacement

At our discretion, Proformance Diagnostics will:

  • Repair the defective product, or
  • Replace it with the same or equivalent product

Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for shipping the product to us for inspection
  • Proformance Diagnostics will cover return shipping for approved warranty claims

Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Proformance Diagnostics is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of use, downtime, or business interruption
