Standard Warranty Coverage
All Proformance Diagnostics hardware products come with a standard 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers:
- Defects in materials and workmanship
- Hardware failures under normal use conditions
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling
- Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper installation or operation
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
Warranty Process

Please include:
- Order number or proof of purchase
- Photos or videos (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and assist with troubleshooting. If a warranty claim is approved, we will provide instructions for repair or replacement.
Repair or Replacement
At our discretion, Proformance Diagnostics will:
- Repair the defective product, or
- Replace it with the same or equivalent product
Shipping
- Customers may be responsible for shipping the product to us for inspection
- Proformance Diagnostics will cover return shipping for approved warranty claims
Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Proformance Diagnostics is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of use, downtime, or business interruption
